Having trouble pairing your device or can’t find it? Try these steps:
Make sure your device is charged. Plug it into a charger or a USB port on your computer to confirm it has power.
Check if another phone nearby has already paired with the device. If so, you’ll need to unpair (or “forget”) the device from that phone first before you can connect it to your current one.
Restart Bluetooth on your phone. If the device is powered on and still doesn’t show up—even when held close—try turning Bluetooth off and back on again.
Ensure both Bluetooth and Location services are enabled, and keep your device close to your phone during the pairing process.
